Product information "Schwanheimer Lock-Seal Gel / 35g"
Characteristics: Schwanheimer Lock Seal Gel is a single component, solvent-free adhesives that cure in the absence of atmospheric oxygen and simultaneous catalytic influence of metal to a high molecular weight crosslinked plastic. They brace themself doing in the surfaces of the parts to be joined. Schwanheimer Lock Seal Gel prevents corrosion and makes form-fitting, impact and vibration resistant compounds, which are all conventional mechanical fasteners far superior.
Application: Apply Schwanheimer Lock Seal Gel on one of the surfaces. Join the parts together / turn the screw into the thread and let it harden. There is achieved a breakaway torque of about 30Nm (DIN 54454).
